At Clear Mountain, we are committed to a breeding program that produces high quality huacaya alpacas. We choose only top herdsires for our females as we breed for excellence in conformation, elite fleece characteristics, and diverse colors. Our farm goal is to maintain a small herd size while having some of the highest quality alpacas in the area. We are pleased to see how we have progressed over the years and how our careful discernment, hands on learning, and genetic awareness have continued to improve the quality of each generation.
